sorry for being MIA!

internet connection is temporarily down in my apt and i have been in and out of the office--definitely not long enough to write an entry.

but a quick update! this week has been filled with MEETINGS and two-day conference re: international negotiation. i will be sure to give you a better update + pictures (including the president of the philippines!!!!), hopefully by this weekend.
